The Tadrib Learning Pathway 2026–2027 is a year-long professional development
initiative designed to support educators in developing essential knowledge and
practical skills in Artificial Intelligence (AI). As AI continues to transform education,
this initiative encourages teachers to become confident, ethical, and informed users
of AI in their professional practice.
Throughout the academic year, teachers will be guided through a carefully selected
collection of AI-focused learning opportunities from reputable online platforms,
including Microsoft Learn, Alison, Udemy, Google, Canva, and other trusted
educational providers. Each recommended course has been chosen to strengthen
educators' understanding of AI, enhance classroom practices, and promote
continuous professional growth.
Teachers will complete assigned learning tasks, explore recommended resources at
their own pace, and apply newly acquired knowledge to lesson planning,
assessment, content creation, productivity, and classroom innovation. The pathway
promotes self-directed learning, reflective practice, and the responsible integration
of AI while encouraging educators to prepare learners for an increasingly AI
enabled world.
By the end of the 2026–2027 academic year, participants will have developed a
strong foundation in AI literacy and practical AI applications, equipping them to
embrace innovation while maintaining the values, creativity, and human connection
that remain at the heart of effective teaching.
